Project Overview:

This condo was recently purchased by a newly wed couple. Prior to making any renovations or ordering specific furniture. The client was able to have a keepsake of their home before it is filled with all their belongings. Having the scan when the unit is fully empty allowed the client to visualize the space and know what limits they had to work with in terms of ordering any furniture or appliances.

Key Features:

• Accurate Measurement Capture: The scan provided accurate measurements of all walls and corners.  Being able to measure the place to their needs helped the clients save time while preparing for their wedding.

• Detailed 3D Model: This virtual model allowed the client to assess the current layout and plan any renovation without needing to visit the property in person, saving time and resources. The client was also able to identify where specific outlets are located to accommodate any electrical needs.

• Time and Cost Efficiency: The scan allowed the client to gain an idea of what furniture they are able to fit into their unit before making any purchases. By taking measurements in the scan, they were able to order furniture online that meets the limitations in their condo without having to visit store
