Project Overview:

The Townhouse is a property available for rent through AirBNB. The client had requested for us to do a scan as it features a multilevel layout. Using the matterport scan it allows our client to offer a way to preview the space before renting it to potential customers.

• Immersive Virtual Tour: Users can explore the townhouse at their own pace, navigating through the space with 360-degree views. This virtual tour helps customers to see the space and know what exactly they will be able to rent out.

• Improved Customer Relations: Remote viewing capabilities allowed customers to get a comprehensive tour of the townhouse to arrange any necessary needs prior to arrival.
